I usually try and avoid to give negative review but this medical centre never fails to disappoint me . If there is a rating less than this , I would prefer to give it . Pathology always runs late, it’s been so many years and always the same excuse , Monday morning there are school students who are running late, Woking professional who needs to go to work and the pathology opens at 9am instead of 8.30am. I booked my appointment for 9:40 AM, but it is already 10:30 AM and I am still waiting. The waiting time is far too long and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. My time is valuable, and I arranged my schedule based on the appointment time provided. If there was going to be such a delay, I should have been informed in advance. I am disappointed with the service and would appreciate better time management and communication in the future. Long delays without any updates create frustration and waste customers’ time.
