If you value your time, go somewhere else. This might be the worst clinic in Kellyville. I understand that medical appointments sometimes takes longer (especially if you allow a family of four to be seen in the same timeslot as a single person), but leaving people in the dark for 45 minutes while the front desk ignores you sitting there, is simply unprofessional. There are plenty of other clinics in the Hills area that actually value their patients' time. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
We have been patients at Kellyville Medical Practice for over six years. What has happened over the past three months has led us to formally lodge complaints with Services Australia and the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission. In December 2025, the clinic incorrectly submitted a Medicare claim that should have been processed by our obstetrician. My wife paid $148 privately to the clinic to have the claim withdrawn. Great clinic with very friendly and professional staff. The service was excellent and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Patient care is second to none, very thorough, accomodating and a professional team of carers. I have now been going to this medical centre for years and I am yet to be disappointed, well done and thank you very much! Kudos to Dr Champa and to her team of caring professionals.
Dr Champa made me wait 1 hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time because my file was opened and then closed immediately, resulting in patients who had appointments after me being seen first. Normally I would overlook a mistake like this, however I am currently pregnant and was left feeling very hungry and dizzy while waiting. Dr Champa also advised me that a nurse can do a blood test for me at 5:30pm, however when I checked with reception they informed me the nurse finishes at 4:30pm.
