If you value your time, go somewhere else. This might be the worst clinic in Kellyville. I understand that medical appointments sometimes takes longer (especially if you allow a family of four to be seen in the same timeslot as a single person), but leaving people in the dark for 45 minutes while the front desk ignores you sitting there, is simply unprofessional. There are plenty of other clinics in the Hills area that actually value their patients' time. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

We have been patients at Kellyville Medical Practice for over six years. What has happened over the past three months has led us to formally lodge complaints with Services Australia and the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission. In December 2025, the clinic incorrectly submitted a Medicare claim that should have been processed by our obstetrician. My wife paid $148 privately to the clinic to have the claim withdrawn.
