extremely unprofessional. even after booking you will have to wait for long. specially with what they advertise as wellness center and laser skin treatments and blah blah, they DO NOT Have any qualified nurse to operate that equipment. Plus with every appointment they increase the laser treatment fee by $50. my first treatment was booked at $200, second $250 and third time they told me that they have increased the fee to $300. and guess what, they have no one to operate the technology, first appointment it was the pathology ... read more
Very professional and helpful
I have been coming to this medical centre for 4 years now and have seen many different doctors here before deciding to see Dr Dipa Bhowmik as my regular GP. I find the doctors are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. They are prompt to refer to specialists where needed and my GP will sometimes assist me over the phone if I am just seeking a simple document. Happy customer and I will keep coming here even though I have moved out of the area
