Really disappointed after the treatment. I went there for a treatment for my cavity. I made a gap payment for my treatment and received the receipt. After I came home I checked the receipt and saw that they claimed both under my name and my son's name, who was not even there that day. I called them to ask why there was a claim under my son. The receptionist said they forgot to charge a claim number last time when my son visited. I said to her that she should have informed me when I was there. I had an amazing experience with both Dr. Salu and Dr. Sagar! They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Both doctors took the time to explain each step clearly and answered all my questions with patience. Amazing dentist Lisa, great attention to detail and she takes the time to explain during the procedure what she's doing, making you more comfortable.
Reluctant to leave a review because I do not want others to discover this wonderful dental practice. Staff are lovely and genuinely care for your best dental health. I have had to catch up on alot of needed dental work, so ive spent some time with the team!
Dr Lisa Wong iis a fantastic person and a fantastic Dentist. We have been coming to this Dentist for 17 1/2 years. They treat us very well.
