Make sure everything that you want done is in the contract, make them write everything that was promised in the beginning. Jerame came out my house we walked over my yard and I showed him what I wanted done. I wanted bushes in the back along the fence to be done and bushes in the front to cut and tree branches that were growing over my house to be gone, the leaves under the bushes to be gone and a tree removed. This is my second time hiring them and both times were great! Friendly staff and immediate turnaround. Jerame spotted an additional tree that was dying and asked if I wanted it removed as well. I appreciate that because it would have been a problem to remove later on. Jerame and his crew know their trees and know how to handle the job quickly and efficiently.

EDIT: You are correct, he did check over the wood. It was for length not quality. Our mistake. We trusted you for quality wood and did not check for that. We have bought wood from them a few times for our outside woodburner. Out of the 4 loads of 5 cord of wood we got 1 good load. You would think we would learn. But after talking with the owner, we thought we would get some good wood. NOT!! The wood we just got from them won't even burn. Buyer beware of getting wood here.
