Visited the shop and the owner was there. Very friendly and wonderful. Picked out a beautiful bouquet of roses for my wife. Huge win!

I have done business here for several years. Today I asked why a delivery wasn't as planned, a very rude lady hung-up on me. They might as well delete my account.
I ordered their valentine bouquet of flowers and was very disappointed with the outcome . The arrangement did not look like the photos on their website . & I called to complain and the owner was not very helpful or really cared . Basically stated that the photos on their website are designed to look better than what you will receive in person . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .
