Scammers Me and my girlfriend had dinner here about a month ago. A week later a came to find out that they charged me $4000 extra for the meal. When my banker contacted the manager they said that they "attempted to fix the problem" - hardly believable since they let it persist for more than a week. Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!
Great Food til 1am The Hampton Kellys is in a prime location and has a full menu until 1am every night, can't beat that. Great wings. Home-made Chicken Salad &Ranch dressing. Tasty salads. 1/2 lb & 1/4 lb burgers. Classic Reubens. French Dips. Fajitas. They have it all!!!
Good burgers, but service is beyond slow. Atmosphere doesn't make up for the super-long waits. No Frill has better food, Colley Cantina is more fun.
Don't order anything more than a burger and a beer. Very dark, dirty and smokey. Expect to smell like an ashtray when you leave (even if you're sitting in non-smoking)
This place keeps it short and to the point. I love it!!! The staff is great and the food is great. I just moved to Norfolk and it is the best burger or hot dog I have ever had in my whole life!!!!!
The food is pretty good but some of the waitresses have Severe attitude problems. You would least expect that especially when you're 8 months pregnant right?! I experienced a waitress that not only kept leaning the hot food a little too close to my face but she practically threw the food on the table in front of me!! Again, Kelly's has good food but the customer service dissuaded me from returning.
HORRIBLE service. I walked in and was seated, but not greated for 10 minutes. The place was so dark, it was hard to read the menu. This location does not carry the same menu items as the other locations- their fries here are HORRIBLE!!! Service was awful. Waitress was rude and ignored me completely. I'm dissapointed I didn't walk out- but I won't go back, that's for sure!
I usually have a good experience when I go there. They have very good burgers. However, one time we waited a long time for our food when they weren't that busy and other people that got there after us were getting their sandwiches before us. My mom always orders the Texas Twister burger and a few times they only brought it out with mayonnaise and not with the Twister sauce. The first time she didn't say anthing and without that it tastes like a regular burger. She had to ask for it the last time she went and it took forever ... read more
