My son’s baseball league utilizes Kelly’s Sports for their spirit wear. I was having difficulty using the online sales due to technical issues and called in to the store. I spoke with Jason from online sales, who over three phone calls and nearly and hour of his time, was able to get my order sorted out. They were great to work with and the quality of work is excellent
They ruined $800 worth of company shirts with very poor quality Embroidery. Gave me the labor at cost, but I'm left holding $800 of premium Columbia shirts that look as if a stoned vocational student was assigned to the job...letters different sized, crooked letters, misaligned letters, incomplete stitched letters...very disappointed!..WILL NEVER TAKE EMBROIDERY HERE AGAIN!
