great food, nice atmosphere for a "fast food" – I tried the lobster roll here - AMAZING - the lobster: bread ratio is crazy (meat from 2 lobsters!!) & I love that they toast the bun also. The roast beef sandwich is also great, and served overflowing with meat. The fries taste home-style & even the fountain coke tasted "real". It's a very nice, warm atmosphere for a "fast food" place. Great for families also.
REAL ROAST BEEF!!! – Now, coming from the west coast, there are some regional food that you only HEAR about... REAL Philly Cheesesteaks... REAL Italian Beef Sandwiches... REAL biscuits and gravy... etc. We do have Arby's Roast beef, but they are really only appropriate when nothing else sounds good. I happened across Kelly's on a trip to Boston, and I WAS FLOORED. Kind of exspensive but it is worth it
Great food but expect to stand in line – I always love going to Kelly's in Revere, Danvers, or Natick. This location has the same great seafood and fries or rings but it also has the long lines of the Saugus location. This Kelly's was built in the old Krispy Creme location at Wellington Circle but is WAY TOO SMALL for the volume it is doing so far. Seating is a problem so I would recommend take out or use the drive thru. Drive thru speed was faster than line inside during lunchtime.

The signature, overstuffed roast beef sandwich is sliced fresh and requires a two-handed grasp. Other menu favorites include clam chowder, onion rings and fried clams. Compared to downtown restaurants' pricey, undersized versions, the lobster roll (meat of two one-pound Maine lobsters) is a veritable bargain.
