UPDATE 02/2025: My roommate and I lived here for 3 years while in graduate school and I have absolutely no complaints. This was a great place to live. It was always clean, maintenance always responded quickly, and it always felt safe. Definitely recommend! Kelly's Ridge has been such a breath of fresh air. I've lived here for a year, and any issue we've ever had (which has been so minimal) has been handled quickly and efficiently. Everytime I call these folks they never have nothing available and saying they always booked open my leasing date to be expired. I think these people are racists and I won't ever call them again to get a apartment through them.
Wonderful location and convenient facilities such as gym, swimming pool.
Perfect location! Amazing staff, they were very patient & understanding with my situation
You will hear and feel everything from your upstairs neighbors. The structure of these units is old and cheaply designed. You also won't know what they decide to refund when moving out until it's too late and you can't dispute any of their charges. I was shocked that this is one of the higher regarded places to rent from.
