I bought a used moped from a friend who had originally purchased it from Kelly's, so when it needed some work done, Kelly's was the obvious choice and they did not disappoint. Since I didn't have a truck to haul it over, they actually came and picked it up for me, which was above and beyond. We had a truly great experience with Kelly's Auto and Powersports. I've been with the Kellys since 2017. Tyler Tim the whole crew have gone out of the way for me more than once I locked my keys in my scooter Tyler came all the way out to North Liberty after working a long day and help me get in and unlock my seat. You can definitely tell this is a family-owned business I wouldn't go anywhere else and I send all my friends there.
If you value your time or money, or have any amount of self respect, then do yourself a favor and do not shop here under any circumstances because the Kelly's do not have any respect for YOU. When I bought my electric bike from them, I was told it came with a warranty, and to return to them if I had any issues. When my front brake cable eventually snapped, I brought it to them expecting that my bike would be fixed for free as promised.
