Mark in service spoke with me at the last minutes of his business day on Memorial Day & then sent me the information to get registered for a service recall issue I had for my Mercury controls. He was polite, efficient & knowledgeable. The very next day, early, he confirmed my registration & lined up a date & time to have my service need accomplished.
