Unprofessional staff Sun 5:44 pm hung up and raised her voice at me after I called to complain one of your residents has paranoia and if harassing me. Even the drop in has been notified she attends. I did not call the police but i can. That staff did not handle the call properly and argued with me telling me men live there which I know is not true. In this case she harassed me at work and she is continuing to harass me. Someone has to tell her stop because it is my safety at risk. I am appalled by the behaviour of this staff... read more
