Having purchased a new tow tongue and having no tools to install it, I was directed to Kelly's. They dropped everything and installed the new tongue promptly. A very professional and courteous business. Thank you for helping out a couple of drenched Queenslanders escaping to sunny Mildura.
Wow guys wow you only had to deal with the insurance I didn’t care how long it took just as long as my car got fixed bloody stupid going elsewhere now smh you guys had one job just one ☝️
Manager very rude and disrespectful.
Had an extremely negative experience with operator Matt being unhinged saying he is the “meat in the sandwich” and refusing to fix the car as he doesn’t want to deal with insurance when I thought that that was this business job. I have recorded the conversations for legal purposes and will take my vehicle elsewhere.
