Had an extremely negative experience with operator Matt being unhinged saying he is the “meat in the sandwich” and refusing to fix the car as he doesn’t want to deal with insurance when I thought that that was this business job. I have recorded the conversations for legal purposes and will take my vehicle elsewhere.
