Edit: Brides, please just don’t go here. I’m glad to see that the response from this salon on my review was more professional than past replies and text messages sent by the owner to the client, but it was still very combative towards me (the client and bride.) Asked for a blowout, and walked out of the salon looking like this. When I asked her to fix it she said it was because my ends were “so bad and damaged” used no leave in conditioner or heat protectant before going in with the blow dryer on my naturally curly hair, and was aggressive when I was honest with her. Kelly’s on bridge street was amazing! They really embody a sense of community and make their clients feel welcomed and part of their circle. They had amazing Halloween decorations and were so personable! Emily did my hair and it was such a great experience! What an artist! She thoroughly asked me questions about how I wanted it to come out and was a great listener. Emily did a wonderful job on my much needed haircut. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and coziness of the salon, and felt very well taken care of. It's refreshing to relax and feel pampered at a salon that truly cares about each and every one of their clients! Can't wait to go back for balayage on a few weeks.

I had such a great experience at Kelly’s On Bridge this week. Kelly and Emily were so welcoming and the new space is absolutely beautiful. Emily was my stylist and she listened to what I wanted and the cut turned out perfect! Emily is so nice and such a pleasure to talk to. She gave me great suggestions for color too and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Kelly and Emily for an amazing first visit!
