Edit: Brides, please just don’t go here. I’m glad to see that the response from this salon on my review was more professional than past replies and text messages sent by the owner to the client, but it was still very combative towards me (the client and bride.) They’re trying to cover themselves and shove things back on me (when in fact, it was over $200 for the whole day including the haircut and tip and we were not the only ones who had to reschedule, Kelly and the makeup artist did too.) Asked for a blowout, and walked out of the salon looking like this. When I asked her to fix it she said it was because my ends were “so bad and damaged” used no leave in conditioner or heat protectant before going in with the blow dryer on my naturally curly hair, and was aggressive when I was honest with her. Kelly’s on bridge street was amazing! They really embody a sense of community and make their clients feel welcomed and part of their circle. They had amazing Halloween decorations and were so personable! Emily did my hair and it was such a great experience! What an artist! She thoroughly asked me questions about how I wanted it to come out and was a great listener. The best salon I’ve been to in a long time. Everyone in the the salon was so warm and welcoming. Kelly did a glaze and haircut on my hair and I’ve never felt more confident. I feel so great about myself thanks to Kelly . I can’t wait to come back 💕

I had such a great experience at Kelly’s On Bridge this week. Kelly and Emily were so welcoming and the new space is absolutely beautiful. Emily was my stylist and she listened to what I wanted and the cut turned out perfect! Emily is so nice and such a pleasure to talk to. She gave me great suggestions for color too and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Kelly and Emily for an amazing first visit!
