I have NEVER experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism like I got from Kelly's nails. Kelly , 4th tech from down on the left, was so nasty and rude . she didn't want to do my nails from the beginning, and when I corrected the color she was about to use, she completely shut down. she installed my nail very sloppy and barely tried to shape it, she didn't buff it or anything. she then slapped some topcoat on it and said done. when I asked for a manager, she sat back and smirked at me.Management comes over and asks " what's wro... read more
