Just awful… apart from very comfy bed and pillows and it is very quiet. Worst part… NO hot water last night when I got back from work! Aircon on its last legs. Got attacked by dog on verandah ( group of people there drinking and smoking) when coming back late from work Ants in kettle No rubbish bin Filthy carpet Settee very worn and grubby Owner/manager sits and smokes just outside my room so my room stinks of smoke Window won’t open. Advised manager… no action. Blockout curtains all holes across.
Nice spacious clean rooms with a reverse cycle air conditioner. This was great for the cool Oakey nights in winter.
