Same thing happened to me. These guys are straight up crooks. Seriously businesses like this and the people that run them are despicable. I tried to call these losers on the phone to give them a piece of of mind and they've changed the name of their company to Peguin Insulation. Nice. I'm calling the BBB. Monday and reporting these idiots.

Be wary of their salesmen who do not give out all the information or flat out lie. It's been three years and I just got a collection notice from them for costs associated with their "rebate service" that were never explained or clarified. We were told there would be no costs associated, we just had to sign over all our rebate checks to them from the gas company, which we promptly did. Now here we are 3 years later out of the blue getting a bill and told we are in collection. No they did not budge despite their dishonest sale... read more

Fraudulent company! Listen to the other reviews. I was told no costs would be associated with getting their service, and I only needed to forward the gas company's rebate checks. I scheduled the appointment, and called to cancel since I wouldn't be home, and felt sketchy about the whole thing. They came anyway, and had my underage son sign to have the work done!!
