Yes, my chair is fine now. We put a new remote on it during his 2nd visit. Cost me almost $75, but it works everytime now.
They do not answer the phone . She told me "he" would call me about my chair he checked. Nothing all day and no answer at the store! I tried all day.
I picked up a scooter that was FILTHY…I had to clean and disinfect it…
