From phone call to install Kelly's was 100% engaged and helpful. I had questions about sizing, airflow, ductwork, and zones ...Andrew took the time to walk through my options. 3 days later I had an install complete and set up for my needs! One small detail people may overlook when budgeting is that while pricing is fantastic, there is a third party finance fee (if you choose that route) that can become costly depending upon the cost of the service chosen.
Great service! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Got here fast, fixed our heater fast, and didn’t try to sell us extras. This was during the snow-cold snap. They beat everyone else’s time estimate.
