Kelly's Heating performed a maintenance check on my boiler. Three days later water burst from the boiler causing flooding (22 ft down a hallway) and damage to property. The emergency technician replaced a plugged valve and noted the pressure was set for a 3 storey house, rather than my 2 1/2 storey home. There was no charge for this visit.
