Overall, the place feels clean, sheets are crisp, and the massage is very nice. What I didn’t appreciate, however, was when it was time to check out, for a couples massage of $135 service fee, I initially gave a 20% tip to cover my partner and I. Then after giving 20%, I was then haggled that my tip wasn’t enough. My massage therapist Betty was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific concerns and adjusting the pressure perfectly. They focused on all my tense areas, especially my neck and shoulders, and by the end of the session, I felt completely refreshed and pain-free.
This was my first time ever going to a massage place at first I thought it was okay but as we started the session I felt like they were jus super irritated tht I was there, she did help with my back an I'm greatful for that but when I went to leave I left 20 on the table an went to pay up front an instead of charging me 65 like she said in the beginning she charged me 85 even though I had told her I left her a tip on the table... so realistically I paid basically 100$ which is not what I was going for but whatever lesson lea... read more
