I’m not sure why this location is showing up as Quick Quack Car Wash, because it’s actually Thornton Express Car Wash with different owners. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any problems. I get along with the staff everyone has always been really nice and friendly. But on Easter Sunday,(4-5-2026) I brought my 2004 Honda Civic in for a quick wash, and something went wrong. Only 3 vacuums work. The employees dont even tell you which vacuums work they just let you keep trying to find a vacuum that works.

Jay was really great and had positive customer service and re-assured us that we would be helped as soon as possible.
