You will get curb rash from this location like I did. The manager Jose will instantly deny your claim and without even investigating the situation. I won't ever get another membership from them. Your rails have the ability to pull off the clear coating off of rims because it clearly happened to my rims and you didn't do any investigation because my claim was denied before it was even looked at. I never got any emails from you guys as you have claimed to have sent. Overall a terrible company that I do not recommend
Convenient, quick, and the unlimited membership is reasonably priced. I drive down to the Bay Area quite often so whenever I get back I swing by the car wash to get rid of the bugs and dirt. In and out in 5-10 minutes depending on how busy they are.
