They came out, as noted, asked what was wrong, "got to the job" great guys, professional, explained everything, Ms. Donna was great. Very customer oriented, went above and beyond. THEY DO CARE. Just will add this I've done electrical work before, worked with the public. And I'm in no hurry, as I understand the industry especially now. With that said they were great. Will be using them more and more
Called and asked for an estimate. Waited weeks, but did not hear back from them. Called again and they eventually called back but wanted to come on very short notice and I was out of town. Acted angry with me. Obviously don't need the work. Would never use them for anything!
