My attempt to purchase a new quad last year was a VERY unpleasant experience. I had cash in hand and was ready to purchase that day. Steve was disinterested to the point of insulting, made me feel as though he had no interest in taking my money, and with his “many years of experience” would be doing me a favor by letting me hand over $13K. On top of that, he failed to disclose that there was a $1000 factory rebate applicable.
