I will never ever take my vehicle anywhere else for body work. I requested an estimate from Caliber Collision for a new bumper. They quoted me over $3,000. I also took my car over to John's Auto Body on Hammond Street in Salisbury, MD. The gentleman came outside and said it would be over $1300. Ty manager here is so arrogant he told me to go somewhere else to get my fleet trucks hood repaired and I did. I went to Caliber Collision on Snow Hill you should go there too. The folks at Caliber were fast friendly and way cheaper than kellys estimate. I went to kellys 6 months ago for a free estimate Ty told me my truck hood would cost way too much estimate was too high. Do Not take your truck or car here they are not like they used to be. My Pop Pop took his truck to Kellys & the mgr guy Ty promised it would be done in 1 week they had it more than a month and he had to go back 3 times after that truck still not right. Was $800 over the estimate. Very disappointed
RecommendedTook my 2012 Toyota Scion XB to Kelly’s to have them paint the roof due to a Toyota defect. Ty Steele was extremely helpful in providing a quick estimate and then scheduling the job without a long wait. They also had to remove what remained of some existing paint even before applying the new paint. It only took them a few days and I had my car back and it looks great! Their prices are even greater!
