I had Kelly's Carpet Cleaning out again to clean my carpet again. After cleaning my carpets within a day my carpets started to smell really bad. I reached out to Kelly's Carpet Cleaning to let them know of the problem. Kelly's Carpet Cleaning reply - what do you want us to do. My reply - to come out again and re-clean. I honestly had the worst experience with this cleaning company. Very unprofessional & poor quality of machines they used. The machines left black marks on my carpet in my den & it will not come out. Now it will have to be replaced. I am currently putting my house on the market & that is the reason I called a carpet cleaning company. The main lady (Couldn't remember her name) was always on the phone texting, looking at the internet, not really helping at all.
