Was quoted almost 500 to fix my a/c but it stopped working a few days after I paid them and I’m out 500 dollars and they do not stand by their work. Asked for an additional 1200 to try and fix it. The most disgusting service I’ve ever had and I’m going to file with bbb and bureau of auto repairs. This is the last place I’d take my vehicle since they don’t stand by their word. My wife has stage 4 cancer and this place is literally stealing money from folks!I am so disappointed.
A/C wasn't working very well. They squeezed us in the next morning. Turns out the A/C compressor was cracked. They were able to find another one locally and replace it all within a few hours despite being quoted for a later time. Justin was very kind and worked hard to help us get back on the road to not miss our later hotel reservation.
My check-engine light came on right as I was leaving Jacksonville, on solo road trip, at 30 weeks pregnant with a toddler - driving back north to Portland. I stopped here at Kelly’s, and they read my engine code, topped off my coolant, and refused to charge me for anything. I was so incredibly grateful for their kindness and honesty. They helped point me to the auto store next door to purchase more coolant as an insurance policy for my long drive. Kind people and great service. Kelly's Automotive was amazing! I was towed to Kelly's after my car had a mechanical problem on the freeway.They were caring, professional, and the shop was immaculate with a lovely waiting area for customers. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my car in an hour. I was back on my way home to Idaho! What a blessing, thank you Kelly's, your services are much appreciated!
