Absolutely the BEST mechanic shop I’ve ever been to! Kelly Automotive Service in Medford deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine kindness and care. Kelly’s is the only place I will go for auto repairs. They are excellent - service, quality of work and treat their customers with respect and consideration. Truly a gem in the Rogue Vally. I drive well over an hour to get there but would never consider going anywhere else.
If I could give more than 5 I absolutely would! These folks are all very friendly, professional yet personable! They didn't treat me like a "dumb female" like a previous mechanic did. Their prices are fair and their work is solid and dependable! My new mechanic from now on!!

I will go to Kelly's every single time! They are priced fair, and always give it to me straight. They never pressure me into anything I can't afford. They have loaners too. I have taken both my cars to them for the last ten years and never been disappointed. if you need somewhere reliable that will do the work right, this is the place to go!
