All in all, not very pleased with this service. Brought in for brakes and general check at 155k miles. Only the brakes and transmission fluid were touched, now the car idles weird and noisy. Several things listed on the receipt never mentioned over the phone. Was under quoted with new price never stated when called back, quoted roughly 90 dollars under what I paid. Maintenance light not reset. Spark plugs in need of changing at 150k miles, not mentioned. Cruise control broken, never mentioned. Tire sensor is broken, never me... read more
**Wow I'm not sure I'm going back after the care my fiance just received. Car runs worse after the transmission fluid replacement, got a half measure apology on the phone, and they didn't bother to check most of the things that were requested. Or mention issues they found so that we could ask for them to be fixed. Plus charged us 100$ more than they quoted over the phone. I blew a brake line near Medford and nobody could get me in quickly. Nobody except Kelly's! The crew at Kelly's are the best from front desk to the shop floor. They got me in immediately, fixed my brake issue and even noticed another issue that needed to be solved. The service was prompt and outstanding, price was less than I expected and I can't recommend them enough. Easily the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Thanks Eric, Shelby and Jay - you are the best!
Kelly's Automotive is amazing! Everyone there is so kind and thoughtful. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, and do a high quality job. If you ever need help with your vehicle, this is the place to go!
