had a blowout in the left front and it was a new tire. There was also a squeak there that I meant to check out and now it really needed to be checked. The did a check on the wheel removed it and determined that the blowout was a defective tire and the squeak was caused by brake calipers needing to be greased and brake pad needing to be resized. Also did an all points check to determine that all was well with the whole car.

Had an appointment and after getting there, they wouldn’t even look at my vehicle because “They couldn’t decode my VIN.” It’s a specialty wheelchair accessible vehicle. I just needed my brakes looked at, sounds like I have a rock stuck in one. No OFFENSE was taken, just leaving an honest review of my experience.
