Definitely give 5 stars. I am so pleased with their work, the prices and how cordial the staff are. After being burnt by 2 mechanics I am so glad I found Kellys, they will be my go to auto service from now on.
My car 2015 Chrysler 200c had check engine light due to the #5 spark plug misfire.They a advised me o some other issues. Had them do the repairs. A few weeks later the engine light came back on. Brought it back. Since it reoccured I may not have to pay for the repair. They graciously gave me a loaner car on both occasions. Still waiting to hear back. It was a great experience so far. I would highly recommend them.
July of 2024. With two vehicles loaded for a move from northern Oregon to southern California, our 2007 Prius suddenly had issues. We prayed and were led to stop in Medford at Kelly's Automotive Service. The staff was both curteous and compassionate. They quickly diagnosed the issue, sent an employee to get the needed inverter coolant pump from Toyota, and installed it in a timely manner so that we could get back on the road the same day! Thank you, Kelly's staff!
