Rex White was 'my' salesperson. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Once I had decided on the model KitchenAid dishwasher I wanted, he checked the availability. It was on hand, and Rex arranged to have it installed the same day. 😱 That is outstanding customer service! He gave me all the pertinent paperwork to redeem two rebate offers. Unfortunately, one of the offers didn't go through, but Matt and others are working to resolve the issue with the rebate organization. I feel like I needed to update this review; today when the repairman called he decided to reprimand me about how chipper I was. I informed him that I was being hopeful my refrigerator was going to get fixed since my family and I have been dealing with this for as long as we have. We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator with warranty. Biggest mistake of our lives. Salesman was polite and knowledgeable about the refrigerators. The delivery/installers were very professional, very polite and conscientious. A pleasant experience at Kelly’s as usual. We have bought many appliances from them over the years.
