Clean, beautiful and easy. We had a laundry emergency with a family of 4 including teens and athletes we needed a washer NOW. Bought online ready for pickup next day. Checked me in with just our address and name. Husband used his card and I will admit I was worried because I didn't have that with me but it was a non issue. I wonder if they have a cash flow issue? My 82 year old mother just bought a new refrigerator from them. The first one didn't fit, the one she ended up with was $522 cheaper. So Kelly's has been telling her since March 1st, that her refund would be mailed right away. Then started "The check is in the mail. Checks take 7-10 business days to get to you" lies. This is total BS. I finally went in today and was told the owners were all in Texas and there was no manager or anyone in charge in Salem today. I said, among other thing... read more
The process from purchase through installation was painless. That has not been the case with all of our vendors. Especially since the pandemic years. I will buy from Kelly’s again anytime I need something they offer.
