Excellent customer service and so friendly!! I called Kelly’s (spoke with Jace) to ask if they were able to install a KitchenAid over the range microwave oven in an RV while we were passing through Salem. The call was on Friday and they were able to arrange the installation for Monday morning. The transaction was seamless, the installer Gary was wonderfully helpful and friendly, and I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. I highly recommend Kelly’s for any appliance related need.
Many thanks to Tami at Kelly’s in Salem, OR! Of course our dishwasher died with no warning and repair was almost the cost of a new one. We recently bought a new fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation of the two appliances was quick and easy and went without a hitch.
