My dishwasher broke after 11 years. Returned to Kelly's to replace.. They didn't have the same one so had to go with different brand. Sales person could have done a better job of presenting products. Good experience with installation. I am Just going to use it for the first time today so I can't remark on how well it works or how quiet it might be. Hopefully the other 3 appliances I bought 11 years ago hold on longer.
Bought a refrigerator this time. Have purchased several appliances from them over the years.
Kelly’s was easy to work with when buying our new refrigerator. Tom had a positive attitude and was very helpful in coming up with the right appliance for us. Great job and keep up the good work!!
Competent, knowledgeable and personable salespeople, reasonable prices, really excellent installation. Two LARGE appliances upstairs over hardwood floors throughout, not a scratch or scuff anywhere. An A1 experience all around.
