They “repaired” an ice buildup issue with our refrigerator by BYPASSING the bad thermostat instead of replacing it. One day after plugging it in to check if it worked, it dangerously OVERHEATED, melting holes in the bottom panel of the refrigerator, warping the entire panel. Terrible they came reviewed the problem ordered parts and never came back? In fact they reviewed the problem looked at my hood light and broke the lens, going to order the part and never came back after calling many times. Never called back when I did call Kelly said he thought they were through?? Broken hood light and an over that doesn’t work? What kind of an outfit is this? Don
