We had called a number of appliance repair people here in Sonoma County and not one of them called back. I called Kelly's and got a live person, Kendra! She sent Shane out who is very personal and knowable, now our washing machine is working perfect! Plus Shane saved us money by replacing only the parts that were needed, after finding out that some of the old parts were working. Highly recommended!
