DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! One year after Kelly’s All Pro installed a sprinkler system in my home in NJ, I need to redo it, which will cost me $3000. There are puddles everywhere. The heads need to be moved and system needs to be divided. I contacted 2 irrigation companies and they both told me the same thing. Don’t waste your money on this contractor.
Kelly's Allpro Landscaping company was excellent!! Don and his workers were so professional. He worked with us and completed great work installing sprinklers, an outside shower floor and drain,removal of old landscaping, and sodded our lawn to perfection. Don was personable and easy to deal with,responsive at all times.I would definitely call him for any needed work,as he is a man of all trades

Crook when it comes to money, he over charged every job and took advantage of us having any sort of income. We Moved 3 times, each time we had him doing Christmas lights, charged over 5k each time, saying he had to buy and store the lights for us personally. So technically we own them. Redid our new yard and it came out worse than what it was before, bushes died, charged us to replace them and never were put new ones in after asking so many times. We finally gave up. Cape May and Atlantic counties. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!! Read all reviews on Yelp and Angi (which is what I should have done). Here’s my story… After weeks of texting/calling to get a portion of the job scheduled and completed, Don Kelly overcharged me by leaving one of my payments off the final bill. After a week, he finally agreed to a refund. On 11/8/24, he texted me a copy of the check and mailing envelope. I never received it and he doesn’t answering my texts or calls. Fraud, Theft or Both?
