Very bad experience. Hired someone from the team to do my wedding hair and makeup and I was not satisfied with how it came out. And when I communicated with the makeup artist that I didn’t like it she was rude and blamed me saying that’s what I had asked for. Truly my hair looked like a birds nest because it was teased so heavily to create “volume” but it looked a mess. I had to fix my own hair at the end. And my eye makeup did not hold up. Kelly is amazing! She's so kind and welcoming and is very upfront about everything. I went to her for my brows and I couldn't be happier! I wake up at 5am everyday so anything to help me shave off some getting ready time helps. With my new brows I save so much time not having to draw them out and they're perfect every morning! AVOID GETTING Jenny Cardey as your styling unless you want to waste money and come out with the worst haircut possible. It's disappointing how much the quality has gone down in this salon. I've used them 8 years ago for my wedding HMU and they were great, but the last time I went, the person who worked on my hair was far from satisfactory. My brows by Kelly have been the best investment I've ever made in my appearance. Saves me so much time everyday because I feel put together even without any makeup. It's a dream!
