Excellent doctor. They make you feel welcome.
Dr. Westbrook My mother was dying and I tried to let her know as gently as anyone can forward to another. She didn't believe me. In the future, as excellent as your bedside manner is. Give the news to the patient straight. They want to hear an estimate time on earth. And they want it from their doctor.
Such a warm and caring reception upon my first visit. Dr Westbrook really listened to my concerns/fears and goals and offered comfort along with information. I felt, for the first time in 18months with cancer, like I'm involved in my care. I feel respected and cared for as a whole person rather than just a patient. I was very pleasantly surprised.
