Dr. Walthius is great once you get a chance to see her, but it’s unfortunate that the office support staff are not exactly helpful or communicative before your appointment.
I needed to see a primary care doctor urgently for a referral to a specialist due to a bleed somewhere in my digestive system. I struggled to find a doctor with immediate availability that accepts my insurance, so I just made an appointment with Dr. Walthius as soon as I could, which was several months away. I’m incredibly impressed with the care I’ve received. Dr. Walthius took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail, making sure I understood my health options. I never felt rushed, and the doctor’s approach was both professional and compassionate. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider who genuinely cares about your well-being like Dr. Walthius does. I’m recommending to everyone I know.
I had an amazing visit at this office. The space was clean, the providers courteous, and I felt listened to the whole time. I was in and out within the anticipated timeline of my appointment. Filling out the MyChart paperwork ahead of time seemed to streamline the process.
