Car in for a 3 year service they did not stamp the book and performed the wrong service then want me to return (another day off work as I live an hour away) and pay even more for the second go at it or loose my warranty. Part requested was not fitted but they sent off request for warranty however they forgot to get serial numbers while they had the car now want it brought back for them to get the correct numbers…. Very poor service. Do not recommend
I have no problem offering review on the service centre I have been having services there for Confidently for about 7 years Always polite helpful And i have now my new car being serviced there as well They are a 10/10 for me Thank You staff
Went there today oto ask about having a a repair done to my car and I was told they they have "closed their books" and are not taking on any more repairs. I was shocked and amazed by this, why not hire some more people if business is that good? Anyway they didn't want my business, so I went elsewhere.
Booked my VE commodore in to check what version of software was installed in order to confirm timing chain parameters. Explained exactly what was required and when I returned was hit with a $330 fee. So, essentially to confirm the software version was $330. And of course old love proceeded to attempt to justify this gouging behaviour with some swift talking and sorry you feel like that limbo jumbo. Forget this particular establishment.
Been waiting for someone to return my call. Pathetic service
