Our MUX under warranty Never a problem getting warranty work done But it takes Izusu so long to get parts it seems that I am always waiting on parts for a vehicle that is only 3 years old it has been in for warranty work 4 times
Car in for a 3 year service they did not stamp the book and performed the wrong service then want me to return (another day off work as I live an hour away) and pay even more for the second go at it or loose my warranty. Part requested was not fitted but they sent off request for warranty however they forgot to get serial numbers while they had the car now want it brought back for them to get the correct numbers…. Very poor service. Do not recommend
I have no problem offering review on the service centre I have been having services there for Confidently for about 7 years Always polite helpful And i have now my new car being serviced there as well They are a 10/10 for me Thank You staff
