Absolutely disgusting treatment from service desk. They failed to return my logbook at last service, which was only discovered several months later, then tried to blame me for the loss and to make it worse, one of the girls on the phone call tried to accuse me of lying despite the call bring recorded and after telling her to listen to the call recording to confirm i never lied, she indtantly hung up on me and they now want me to pay for a replacement logbook and owners manual. Car in for a 3 year service they did not stamp the book and performed the wrong service then want me to return (another day off work as I live an hour away) and pay even more for the second go at it or loose my warranty. Part requested was not fitted and they forgot to get serial numbers while they had the car now want it brought back for them to get the correct numbers…. Very poor service. Do not recommend
