Parts guy Josh is really good at his job last guy Nathan was trash.
In 2016 I bought my first Mahindra tractor from Josh at this place. Everytime I called they were on the ball getting things done. Fast forward almost 10 years. It was time for another tractor. I'll keep it brief, I bought a 55hp Badboy tractor from Josh. An issue came up with the tractor that needed attention and they fixed it under warranty. Purchased a new 2012 Mahindra from Kelly Tractor. This was my second purchase from them. I contacted the service department concerning servicing the tractor. Before I could explain I was advised they no longer did any work on this brand even though I purchased the tractor new from Kelly. I’m disappointed and will no longer recommend this business. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE after the sale.
