Brought my 2014 Mercedes CLS and there for inspection and oil change. The staff was super friendly especially my advisor Nicky Gentili was easy and helpful to deal with. I will be coming back in the future They also helped my son with his Corolla. I have had nothing but good experience with all of the Kelly dealerships.
If you have an appointment expect it to take 3-4x the time they tell you. Went in for inspection was told 1 hour for tire change that it needed to pass (hour and fifteen since dropoff at the time of phone call) and waited 3 more hours… took well over 4 hours for tires, inspection, and an oil change. Highly recommend going elsewhere as there is a lack of transparency in the service department and take way longer than other places. Own multiple cars that were purchased at this dealer. Experienced top notch customer service today while fulfilling a recall on a RAV4. Employees were helpful and friendly, especially Service Consultants Taylor, Matt, and Luis. Thank you. Annnd thanks for washing my car, too. :)
My engine was leaking oil so I took it in for service and the moment I drove into the breezeway, Jeremy Trievel was immediately at my door ready to help. Got my car in and out within an hour, figured out where the oil leak was coming from and got me scheduled to come back for it to be fixed within the week. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
