Posting for a relative: Just terrible. My closing took place on Tuesday. On Thursday I still did not receive the proceeds from the sale. They totally disregarded my instructions for wire transfer of funds, and delayed in getting the checks to me. Now, I have to wait 7 more days for the check to clear. UNPROFESSIONAL.
recently sold my house, and the buyer’s attorney chose to work with Kelly Title Company. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in a real estate transaction. They made nearly every step of the process unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
They are in connection with Trident Abstract which both companies are the worst they caused major problems and still on going situation, they do not respond to attorneys request
