Great service, highly recommend! I took my car in for a lot of work, it was all done and ready to go at the end of the day. The car drives like new and required less work than I expected. Andrew is an awesome mechanic, we were glad to follow him to his new role with Kelly Tire.
Took my wife's car in to have a tire plugged (had a slow leak) and to have winter tires put on. Following the appointment the winter tires were not put on and we discovered the next morning that the tire leak was not fixed. The employee was unable to find the leak but did not communicate this to my wife and we paid for the work that did not occur. We made a second appointment to try again. I thought I had found a good dependable and reliable tire shop a few months ago because they have good reviews. They flipped my directional tires on the rims for a reasonable cost and put a patch in one of them that had a leak at no charge. Fast-forward to a couple of weeks ago when they did an alignment on one of my other cars. They wrecked one of the steering bellows, and when I let them know, they said they would look at it at the next appointment.
