So I dropped my car off to get looked at for an issue where it would have a thick white smoke when first started. Had the rack and pinion replaced on my 2017 Silverado and these guys did it in a timely matter and executed the alignment perfectly. The rack and pinion is electric and requires the technician to program the new one to the vehicle. I was told they would be able to do this at there shop. After the repair and paying them the truck still throws a code requesting the calibration. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This place legitimately ruined my life. I took my car in in January for a general check up and to get new brakes. $1000 and TWO WEEKS later they punctured my oil tank so badly that the next time I drove the car, a rod went through the engine. Have not had a car since due to how much they made me pay
I ended up choosing Micks for my alignment work after reading the reviews. This shop will get the job done. They are honest and fair priced i will continue to do business here.
