I call the office for more than four months. Never ever anyone answer the phone.
She doesn't take appointments, didn't expect to wait so long
doctor was late and rushed through my visit, office staff was demeaning and illicitly collected copay for a preventative annual visit which was supposed to be 100% covered by insurance, no costsharing.
Dr. Kelly Wong is not only a good doctor, but also a good personal friend whom I have known for over 30 years. I highly recommend her.
