First time at Kelly’s, good pricing, a great atmosphere along with very friendly staff, I booked in with sierra, and had an excellent experience very relaxing and great at what she does. Definitely recommend going here!
Massages were competent, but they are incredibly inflexible with cancellations. Calling to reschedule with a few hours notice will cost you 45 bucks. Better not have a job that requires any sort of out of town work or critical response times because it'll cost you.
I am not happy with my massage i got at Kelly therapeutic. I showed up at my appointment time and the doors were locked had to wait in the cold waiting for someone to open the door. I booked for 60 minutes and paid for 60 minutes but didn’t receive 60 minutes. The massage lady I booked with is sierra and she started after the time I picked and finished before it was a full hour.
