Massages were competent, but they are incredibly inflexible with cancellations. Calling to reschedule with a few hours notice will cost you 45 bucks. Better not have a job that requires any sort of out of town work or critical response times because it'll cost you.
I am not happy with my massage i got at Kelly therapeutic. I showed up at my appointment time and the doors were locked had to wait in the cold waiting for someone to open the door. I booked for 60 minutes and paid for 60 minutes but didn’t receive 60 minutes. The massage lady I booked with is sierra and she started after the time I picked and finished before it was a full hour.
