Contacted Mr Kelly by telephone and when we met in person he was graciously waiting outside of his building for me to escort me to his office. I was then greeted by his wife because this is a family business of almost three decades. I was handled both professionally and courteously. You gave me the breakdown of both best case scenario and worst case scenario for my home buying needs in very definitive numbers. I would highly recommend this business for a first time buyer or a repeat customer.

Kelly and her reverse mortgage has literally changed my life. I am 63 and my wife is 50 and because most of us are equity rich and cash flow poor in retirement. This product changes this. In addition with a stock market in the tank where else can you put money into a fund and draw 7% guaranteed interest rate. We no longer work and spend time with family traveling where we want when we want. At first I thought too good to be true so I was suspicious however, again the best move of my life. From the time I decided to purchase my forever home, I looked into financing with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. in South Dakota because I was recommended through a friend who had a good experience with them. I purchased my dream home with a Reverse Mortgage through Kelly Kelly. She explained things repeatedly to me so that I would understand how it all works. And a few weeks later, I asked her again... She patiently repeats it to me. Kelly continues to encourage contact with her even though the mortgage is a done deal.
