Everyone is very nice and working to help me settle my settlement
We've postponed hearings three times at Spenser's request on a worker's TBI and now they're closing my claim. If this changes I will post acordingly. Low moale so far.
I had previously left a review. And I would like to add that review. From the previous review, I had stated that Mr Spencer had taken my case. Other lawyers had not taken my case. They didn't take it because it was too hard or just too lazy to even try! . And I did not put this in the previous review, when Mr Spencer took my case I was reminded that it is a difficult case. I have known Mr. Spencer 40 years. None better.
Wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. Completely screwed me over and just not a good human being. Be careful. He will tell you anything to get you to do favors for him and nothing in return. Don't waste your time or money on Kelly Spencer. He is not a man of his word.
