I would give a 0 if possible. I wasn't even able to get to the point of a phone call to see if I would be able to move on to the next step of the hiring process. Extremely poor communication on their end as well as very bad set up they have going on.

I previously sought job placement consultation at 'Persolkelly Shanghai', an overseas branch under Kelly Services. The consultant in charge was Ms. Kana Zhang. I worked at Ferrero, and my experience was disappointing due to how staff and scheduling were handled. The supervisor often canceled my shifts at the last minute and reassigned me to cleaning tasks instead of the position I was hired for. Weekend shifts were usually canceled because they didn’t want to pay the additional weekend premium.
