I worked at Ferrero, and my experience was disappointing due to how staff and scheduling were handled. The supervisor often canceled my shifts at the last minute and reassigned me to cleaning tasks instead of the position I was hired for. Weekend shifts were usually canceled because they didn’t want to pay the additional weekend premium. Got a Team lead job from Kelly Services. Alicia and Donnell were always very helpful and patient with me for all my queries. Even the pay was never delayed. I got hired from the company as well according to how my contract was. If I get a chance to work with you guys again I'll be glad. Forever grateful to you. Thanks 👍🏻
