Customer service is absolutely horrid. Desk employees are rude and entitled and are absolutely no help whatsoever. Try calling the help line and you'll sit on hold for four hours. No assistance offered anywhere. Horrible company.
This place needs to be shutdown what a waste of space.
They're having issues paying people. Weeks without pay.
