You would think if you're bilingual you would obviously greet/speak with clients in their native tongue, especially when you can clearly understand their English isn't that good! But NOPE! My experience with Kelly Services was extremely disappointing. I missed one scheduled day due to unforeseen circumstances, and afterward my representative, Tiffany Aguilar, told me she would no longer offer me assignments because of it. I then had to call repeatedly just to receive payment for the hours I had already worked. I reached out to HR because I felt I was being given the runaround, and when Tiffany eventually returned from time off, she claimed not to know what was happening.
