Their website is built by amateurs and fails to test their site. When creating a new profile, several dropdowns don't work! If you're going to offer a dropdown menu, ENSURE THE LIST WORKS! I went to college for web development and can't find a job because uneducated and unknowledgeable people take these positions. The chatbot is also a joke; if I wanted to chat with a computer all day, I'd talk to Cortana, at least she listens! FIX YOUR WEBSITE!
